This was a substantial project involving the building of architectural townhouses with identical exteriors but distinct interiors tailored to meet the unique requirements of their separate owners.
PKD building delivered two distinct homes, each with its own distinct identity. One exudes a monochromatic modern aesthetic, featuring black and white fittings and fixtures, and a polished concrete floor. Conversely, the other exudes a softer feel, incorporating engineered timber floors, grey tundra benchtops and tiles, and numerous timber features.
