This Classic Victorian house had already had the PKD touch back in 2021 with a stage one renovation, and we were lucky enough to complete the second stage addition with the new owners. The floorplan was altered to incorporate a new bedroom, family bathroom, compact laundry and glamorous powder room and the addition added a new kitchen, an amazing butlers pantry, huge storage and a light living area. The design embraced the curve and the results are beautiful. There’s a curved bulkhead, cureved cupboards, a curved island with curved leg and a stunning curved range hood.
