PKD have given us an awesome home that exceeds all our dreams and expectations. Peter and Kate were wonderful in guiding us through the renovation process with great patience and understanding. At times we were very definite about what we wanted and yet at others were indecisive to the point of paralysis. In either situation Peter and Kate’s response was always to get us to a happy place. We moved a door because it felt better in a different place, added a beautiful skylight window over the kitchen because we wanted more natural light, changed some windows to give a more traditional feel… and so, our house took shape through a series of iterations with Peter and Kate contributing their ideas, working well with the architect and always checking that we were happy. Nothing was too much trouble. They even got us in to our home ahead of schedule when we got into difficulty with our rental situation and worked so hard to ensure we had a positive moving experience!
